What if I miss my tour, can I get a refund or reschedule?

All purchases are non-refundable. If you miss your scheduled tour for any reason our policy is that you forfeit the ticket that reserved your place on that tour. We do everything we can to get you to the meeting point on time to meet your group and take your tour. We cannot be held accountable for circumstances under your control. If you think your circumstances for missing the tour are exceptional, a member of our staff will be more than happy to consider your case.
